Terms of service

Kolpio generates brand and marketing work for your business from what you tell us about it. Today that is four things: your Brand Brain, logo concepts as real vector files, social and print creatives, and Bangla voiceovers.

Landing pages and the leads inbox are not open yet. Where you see them in the app, the screen says so. Do not buy Kolpio for them.

Kolpio is a tool and it produces drafts. You decide what to publish, and you are responsible for what you publish — including that every claim, price and offer in it is true.

• You sign in with your Bangladeshi mobile number and a code we text you, or with a link we email you. Keep that phone and that inbox secure: anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
• One person per account. You must be 18 or older and able to run a business.
• We can suspend an account being used to break the law, to impersonate someone, or to attack the service. Where we can, we tell you why first.

You own the brand, the logos, the images, the copy and the audio you generate. We claim no ownership of any of it, and we do not train AI models on your content.

We need a narrow permission to run the service: to store your work, to send it to the providers listed in the privacy policy so they can generate it, and to show it back to you. That is all it covers.

Two honest cautions, true of every tool of this kind:

• AI output may not be unique. Another business with a similar brief could be given something similar. If a logo or a name matters commercially, have it searched and registered.
• We cannot guarantee that generated work is free of somebody else's rights. Check before you build a business on a mark.

On the free plan, exported creatives carry a Kolpio watermark. Paid plans export without one.

• Generate content that is illegal, that harasses or defames someone, that impersonates a real person or business, or that sexualises a minor.
• Resell Kolpio's generation capacity, or automate against it beyond your own use.
• Try to extract our prompts, get around rate limits, or reach another customer's workspace.

Kolpio never charges you automatically. There is no card on file and nothing to cancel. When your month ends, nothing happens until you choose to pay again.

A plan is a prepaid month. Paying for one moves your workspace onto that plan for a month and grants that month's credits at once. Paying for the same plan again before the month is up adds a month to the end of it, so paying early never costs you days. Moving to a different plan starts a fresh month from that day. Nothing in Kolpio can take money from you without you completing a payment yourself on bKash's or SSLCommerz's own page.

A credit is what a generation costs. The price of each kind of generation is set per plan and shown to you in the product before you spend anything. Prices and plan prices can change for future purchases; a month you have already paid for is never repriced.

How credits are spent, exactly:

• The credits are held when the generation starts, and taken when it finishes.
• If the generation fails, the hold is released. A failed generation does not cost you credits. If you ever see one that did, tell us and we put them back.
• Your month's allowance is spent first, before any credits you bought on top. Buying extra never burns the allowance you already paid for.

What expires, and what does not:

• A plan's monthly credits expire when that month ends. They do not roll over. Before they go, your credits page tells you how many and on what date — and it says so all month, not only at the end.
• Credits you bought as a top-up pack never expire.
• The free credits a new workspace is given never expire. They are a one-off grant, not a monthly allowance — the free plan is not regranted each month.
• Credits an operator adds by hand never expire, unless we tell you at the time that they are topping up the current month.

Your credits page shows the balance, what is expiring, when, and every movement in your ledger.

In short: if Kolpio does not do what we said it does, you get your money back. The detail, including what we can and cannot do ourselves, is in the refund policy.

We work to keep Kolpio running and we do not promise that it never stops. The AI providers behind it have outages; when they do, generation can be unavailable while the rest of the product keeps working. Your work stays where it is.

Stop paying. That is the whole mechanism — a plan is a prepaid month, so not paying again is cancelling. Your workspace, your brand and everything you have made stay where they are on the free plan.

To have the account and its contents deleted, write to support@kolpio.com. There is no delete button in Kolpio yet, so a person does it. Take copies of anything you want first.

We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of section 4. If we do, we refund what you paid for the month we cut short, unless the breach was fraud. A refund also takes back the credits that payment gave you — the refund policy explains what that means for your balance.

Nothing here limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for business decisions you made on the strength of Kolpio's output.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we tell account holders directly and give 14 days' notice before it takes effect. Questions about anything on this page: support@kolpio.com. Questions about money: billing@kolpio.com.
