Privacy policy
What we hold, who else sees it, and how to get it back or have it deleted. If a sentence here is not true of the product, it is a bug and we want to know.

The short version
We do not train AI models on your work, we do not sell your details, and we do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
We hold three kinds of information: who you are, what you told us about your business, and what Kolpio made for you. We use them to run the product and for nothing else.
What we collect
- Your phone number, if you sign in with a code. We also keep a one-way hash of your IP address for a day, to stop someone flooding the SMS door. The code itself is never stored — only a hash of it — and it is deleted within a day.
- Your email address, if you sign in with an emailed link — and your name, if the way you signed in gave us one.
- What you tell us about your business — the answers you type into the brand builder, and every brief you write in a studio.
- What Kolpio makes for you — your Brand Brain, logo files, creatives and audio, and the record of which ones you kept.
- Your payments — the amount, the plan or pack, the gateway's reference, our invoice, and exactly what the gateway sent us. Never your card number and never your bKash PIN: you enter those on the gateway's own page and they never reach Kolpio.
- What each generation cost — the model used, how long it took, and the price. We do not store the prompt or the output in that log.
Kolpio does not take file uploads from you today. Everything in your library was generated by Kolpio.
What we do not do
- We do not train AI models on your content. Your brand and your briefs go to the providers below so they can generate your work, and for no other purpose. If that ever changes, we will say so before it changes, not after.
- We do not sell personal information to anyone.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site. The only cookies Kolpio sets are the ones that keep you signed in.
Who else sees your data, and why
To run Kolpio we pass some information to the companies below. An automated test checks this list against the product's own list of providers, so it cannot quietly fall behind what Kolpio actually does.

Kolpio can also be pointed at another writing model that speaks the same interface. Nothing goes to one unless we set it up, and if we ever route your work somewhere that is not on this list, this page changes first.
We choose providers that do not train on data sent through their APIs. We do not control their own policies, and you should read them if that matters to you.
Where it is stored
In Supabase's Mumbai region (ap-south-1), which is the closest to Bangladesh, and Kolpio's server code runs in Vercel's Mumbai region too. The AI providers above process what they are sent outside Bangladesh, which is unavoidable for AI generation today.
How long we keep it
- Your account, your brand and your generated work: for as long as your account exists. Kolpio does not delete them on a timer, so if you want them gone you have to ask.
- Sign-in codes: hashed, and deleted within a day.
- Payment records and invoices: kept for as long as Bangladeshi tax and accounting rules require.
What you can ask us to do
Write to support@kolpio.com from the email address or phone number on your account, and we will:
- give you a copy of everything we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete your account and everything in it.
There is no delete button in Kolpio yet. Write to us and a person does it. We aim to do any of these within 30 days, and we will tell you when it is done. You do not need to give a reason and it costs nothing.
Deletion is not reversible, and it removes the work you generated along with the account. Download anything you want to keep first.
Messages we send you
We send the sign-in code you asked for, receipts, and messages about your own plan and credits. If you tell us to stop the account messages, we stop — but we cannot stop sending sign-in codes, because that would lock you out of your own account.
Children
Kolpio is for people running a business. It is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change something on this page that matters, we tell account holders directly rather than only editing the page. The rest of the agreement is in the terms of service.
